Tamara has presented seminars for the State Bar of California, the California Association of Licensed Investigators, the National Lawyers Guild and the Northern California Association of Certified Fraud Examiners on such diverse topics as Database and Internet Research, How Attorneys and Investigators Can Work Together, Finding Hidden Resources Buried in the Internet and The Future of Public Records. In 2005, her article, Cut to the Chase: A Primer for Using Public Records Databases, was published in Law Technology News. The Contra Costa Times profiled Tamara in a front page article titled, Privacy Predicaments Catch Gumshoe’s Eye.
